Yummy Pancakes

Warm cinnamon and buttery pancakes, perfect for that weekend breakfast. Makes 8 small pancakes or 4 medium pancakes.

Cook Time: 10 Minutes

Total Time: 15 Minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

Wet:

1 egg

3/4 Cup Raw Milk or Whole Milk (or coconut milk)

1/2 Tbsp Grass fed Butter (or unsweetened applesauce, avocado oil)


Dry:

1/2 Cup & 2 Tbs Artisan bread flour(or finely ground wheat flour)

1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt

1tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:

In a medium bowl add butter and soften for about 12 seconds in microwave.

Add in wet ingredients and combine.

Add in dry ingredients and whisk together.

Heat up large skillet with a little bit of avocado oil on medium heat about 2 minutes.

Take 1/4 cup and scoop batter and pour onto skillet and spread around.

Cook for about 2 minute still bubbles pop and flip cook for 1 more minute.

Repeat with rest of pancake batter.

Cooking Tips:

Keep an eye on the pancakes so they do not burn.

If you want thicker pancakes add in 1/2 cup milk.

Top with berries, or whatever you like.
