Warm Peach Cinnamon Oatmeal

Sweet savory warm oatmeal. Packed with flavor, protein,healthy fats, healthy carbs, vitamins, and minerals.

Total Time: 10 Minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

» 1 1/3 Cup Old Fashion Oats

» 2 1/6 Cup Water

» ½ Cup Raw Chopped Nuts (I used cashews) (optional)

» 1 tsp Avocado Oil

» 2 Medium Fresh Peaches

» 1 ½ tsp Chia Seeds

» 1 tsp Cinnamon

» Unsweetened Plant Based Milk

Directions:

Chop up nuts if not already chopped.

Peal and wash peach, chop into chunks and set aside.

In medium pot add oil and heat for 1 minute on medium heat. Add in nuts and cook till lightly toasted about 2-3 minutes.

Add in oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, peaches, and water bring to low boil.

Cook till oats are cooked but not mushy, about 4 minutes.

Serve and add milk if you want it to be creamier.

Cooking Tips:

Make sure to not overcook oats or it will be mushy.

If you do not like peaches feel free to add any fruit you like.
