Savory sauté of sausage, potatoes and veggies packed with flavor.

Ingredients:
» 1lb Turkey Sausage (or Chicken Sausage)
» ½ Head of Red Cabbage (or any kind of cabbage)
» 5 Medium Red Potatoes (or Russet Potatoes)
» 6 Sweet Peppers (or one medium regular bell pepper)
» 1 Medium Zucchini
» 1 Small Yellow Onion (or white onion)
» 1 oz Fresh Spinach
» 2 Cloves Garlic
» ½ tsp Black pepper
» ½ tsp Cumin Powder
» 1 Tbsp Avocado oil
Directions:
Wash all the vegetables and set aside.
Chop up Onion and garlic set aside. Slice up potatoes into thin circles set aside.
Chop up rest of veggies and sausage.
In a large frying pan add oil and heat on medium heat for about 1 minute till warm. Add chopped onion and garlic cook for about 1-2 minutes. Add in potatoes and cook for 4 minutes till potatoes are almost tender. Put in cabbage, peppers, and zucchini and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add in sausage and seasonings and combine, cook for 2 minutes till warm. Once done add in chopped up spinach and mix, turn off heat.
Cooking Tips:
Feel free to use ground turkey or chicken (add ½ tsp Himalayan salt, ¼ tsp Black pepper and ½ tsp Italian seasoning), this will take longer to cook. Add raw turkey in after onions and cook till almost done about 4 minutes and follow rest of instructions above.
