Strawberry Chocolate Chip Pops

Cold creamy strawberry chocolate pops. Great snack for any age.


Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 150 Minutes

Total Time: 155 Minutes

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

» ¾ Cup Strawberry Puree (about 12 fresh strawberries)

» ¾ Cup Coconut Cream (or plain unsweetened Greek yogurt)

» 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

» 3 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)

Directions:

Wash and chop off green part of strawberries. Put into a blender, add coconut cream, chia seeds, and chocolate chips. Blend for a few seconds till smooth and chocolate chips is chopped up. (If your blender cannot handle chopping up chocolate chips, chop on a cutting board with a knife and mix in).

Pour into Popsicle molds and add sticks.

Place into freezer for 2 and a half hours till frozen and is easy to take out of mold.

Cooking Tips:

If you do not have strawberries feel free to sub with raspberries, blueberries, oranges, etc.

If you are using yogurt instead of coconut cream add 1 tsp 100% maple syrup for a little more sweetness
