Raspberry Chocolate Chia Pudding

Sour sweet chocolaty pudding. Great for a snack or a quick breakfast, just add some nuts and oats. Loaded with healthy fats, fiber and protein.

Cook Time: 15 Minutes

Total Time: 20 Minutes

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

» ½ Cup Chia seeds

» ¼ Cup Cocoa

» ½ tsp Cinnamon

» 1 Cup Frozen raspberries

» 1 Cup Unsweetened almond milk (or Oat milk)

» 4 Tbsp Maple syrup

Directions:

Defrost frozen raspberries, set aside. In a medium bowl add chia seeds, cocoa and cinnamon mix together.

Add milk, raspberries and maple syrup combine.

Put in fridge for 15 minutes till it starts to turn to a gel.

Store in air tight container in fridge.

Cooking Tips:

Make sure to whisk all ingredients well together. If you do not have raspberries feel free to use any other kind of frozen berry.
