Savory egg and veggie burrito with a hint of garlic, pepper and cumin. Packed with protein, healthy fats, carbs and veggies.

Directions:
Chop up bell pepper, zucchini and green onions; set aside.
Heat up a medium and large frying pan on medium heat, one for the shells and one for the veggies and eggs. Spray large pan with extra virgin olive oil. Once pans are heated about 1 minute. Cook shells according to directions. In the large pan add the peppers, zucchini and green onions; cook for about 2 minutes. Add eggs, seasonings, Hemp seeds and stir. Cook for about 2 minutes till eggs are almost done. Chop up spinach and slice avocado. Once eggs have cooked for 2 minutes turn off heat add in spinach and stir.
Top tortilla with eggs & veggie mix, salsa and sliced avocado.
Cooking Tips:
Make sure not to over cook the eggs or they will be dry. Feel free to use any veggies you have and even add more.
