Peanut Butter Chocolate Quinoa Crisps
A crispy wafer of chocolate and peanut butter delight to help curve your chocolate craving.

Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Total Time: 24 Minutes

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

» 1/3 cup quinoa crispies (or buckwheat cereal)

» 1/2 cup dark chocolate (at least 60% or more of cocoa)

» 3 Tbsp Adam's 100% natural creamy peanut butter

Directions:

In a microwave safe dish place the 1/2 cup of chocolate and heat up 20 second intervals and stir in-between till melted. Add the 3 Tbsp of peanut butter and mix well fold in 1/3 cup of quinoa crispies. Place parchment paper onto a plate or cookie sheet and take spoon full of the mix and place onto parchment paper. Place into freezer for about 20 minutes or till hard put into air tight container and store in fridge.

Cooking Tips:

Make sure you do not heat the chocolate more than 25 seconds in an interval or the chocolate will burn.
