Crunchy soft peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. Tastes like a none healthy cookie, and is packed with nutritious ingredients.

Ingredients:
» 1 Cup Adams Creamy Peanut Butter (or any peanut butter that is just
peanuts)
» ¼ Cup Raw unfiltered Honey (or 100% Maple Syrup)
» 1 Egg
» ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt
» 1 Tbsp Maca Powder (optional)
» 3 Tbsp Blanched Almond Flour (or Coconut Flour)
» ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder
» 1 tsp Chia Seeds
» 1/3 Cup 70% Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F.
Grease a cookie sheet with avocado oil, or use parchment paper.
In a medium bowl combine peanut butter, honey and egg.
Add rest of ingredients and combine well.
Take a Tbsp and scoop batter onto the cookie sheet and press each cookie with palm of your hand or with the Tbsp.
Cook for 13-15 minutes till starts to turn brown and a tooth pick comes out clean. Let cool for a few minutes.
Cooking Tips:
If you do not have peanut butter or are allergic, feel free to use any other nut butter.
