Maple Popcorn

Healthier sweet maple vanilla taste with a crunch. Perfect for a snack or take to a party.

Servings: 8

Ingredients:

½ Cup Uncooked Popcorn Kernels

2 Tbsp Avocado Oil

 

Maple Sauce:

¼ Cup 100% Maple Syrup

1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla

Directions:

Pop popcorn on stove or in an oil popcorn popper, or us an air popper with no oil.

While popcorn is popping start maple sauce take a small pot over medium heat add maple syrup and coconut sugar. Bring to a rapid boil, once starting to boil turn down to medium low heat.

Boil for 2 minutes, take off heat and add in vanilla and combine.

Put popcorn in a large bowl and pour maple sauce over. Stir with a silicon spatula or large spoon till combined.

Let cool for 20 minutes before eating.

Cooking Tips:

If you do not have coconut sugar us raw unfiltered honey instead.
