Chocolaty with a slight sour and a great crunch to it. Perfect for a snack or easy dessert for anyone.

Directions:
Place parchment paper in an 8x6x2 inch pan.
Put Chocolate chips in a microwaveable bowl and melt for about 5 intervals of 20 seconds stirring in between till melted.
While chocolate is melting chop up crackers into smaller pieces.
Pour sweet thins and raspberries into chocolate and combine.
Pour into pan with parchment paper and evenly spread.
Place in freezer for 20 minutes till hard.
Cut into squares once done.
Store in air tight container for about a week in fridge.
Cooking Tips:
If the chocolate is not hard all the way through let freeze for a few more minutes.
