Healthy Personal Pizza
Savory cheesy, veggie, saucy with a crunch pizza.

Total Time: 27 Minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

» 4 Ready to cook tortilla

Sauce:

» 2 Ripe tomatoes (or 14oz can of diced tomatoes)

» 1 clove garlic

» 5 Fresh basil leaves (or ½ tsp dry basil)

» ½ tsp Italian seasoning

» ¼ tsp Himalayan salt

Toppings:

» 4 Small sweet bell peppers

» 1 Mushroom

» ½ Zucchini

» 1 Green onion

» Green or black olives

» Spinach

» Fresh Mozzarella cheese

» Parmesan cheese

» ¼ lb. Oven roasted turkey sliced

Directions:

Heat oven to 375°F, while oven is heating place all ingredients for pizza sauce into a food processor or blender and blend together. Chop up all veggies and turkey. Spray a cookie sheet and place tortilla onto cookie sheet. Add on top sauce, cheese, toppings and more cheese on top. Place in oven and cook 6-8 minutes till the cheese is melted and crust is brown.

Cooking Tips:

Feel free to use any veggies that you like or have, the more veggies the better.
