Healthy Hamburgers
Savory and juicy hamburger with veggies. Goes good with a side of baked fries and a salad.

Cook Time: 16 Minutes

Total Time: 21 Minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

» 4 Grass fed beef patties (or turkey)

» Sourdough bread (or rye bread, multigrain bread)

» 1 Small yellow onion

» 1 Small zucchini

» Spinach (or Romaine Lettuce)

» 2 tsps Spade L Ranch (or ¼ tsp salt, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ black pepper, ½ tsp cumin powder, mix all together)

» Pickles

» 2 Medium tomatoes

» No Sugar Ketchup (or no high fructose corn syrup Ketchup)

» Dijon mustard (optional)

Directions:

Season hamburger patties on both sides and set aside. Wash, peel and slice up onion and zucchini. Heat up two pans one for hamburgers and one for veggies. Cook hamburgers for about 4 minutes on each side till internal temperature is 160°F. Start cooking onions for about 2 minutes and add zucchini cook till done. Slice up pickles, tomatoes and lettuce if using instead of spinach.

Cooking Tips:

Make sure not to over cook the hamburgers or they will be dry. If you want to use hamburger buns instead of bread, use a multigrain bun.
