Hardy Chicken Sausage Veggie Sauté

Hardy savory packed with flavor chicken sausage veggie sauté, great for when you do not have much time.

Cook Time: 12 Minutes

Total Time: 16 Minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

» 1lb All-Natural Chicken Sausage

» 1 Medium Yellow Onion (or any kind)

» 2 Medium Potatoes

» 1 Small Red Cabbage

» 1 Medium Bell Pepper

» 1 Medium Tomato

» 2 Cloves Garlic (about 1 ½ tsp diced garlic)

» ½ tsp Black Pepper

» ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt

Directions:

Wash and chop up potatoes into cubes.

Heat up a large frying pan, on medium heat for 1 minute.

Add in potatoes and ¼ cup water cover with lid and cook for 3 minutes and stir while cooking.

While potatoes are cooking, chop up garlic and veggies.

Once potatoes are almost tender add onion, cabbage, bell pepper and garlic combine. Cook for another 3 minutes uncovered.

While that is cooking chop up chicken sausage. Add chicken sausage, black pepper, and salt to veggies.

Cook for about 5 minutes more till warmed and cooked through.

Cooking Tips:

Feel free to add more veggies if you want.
