Green Power Smoothie

Tropical taste of pineapple and peaches, this is a great pick me up for the middle of the day. Loaded with veggies and fruit.


Prep Time: 3 Minutes

Cook Time: 2 Minutes

Total Time: 5 Minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

» ½ Cup Frozen pineapple

» ½ Cup Frozen peaches

» 5 baby Carrots (or one medium carrot)

» 1 Cup Fresh Spinach

» 1/3 Cup Fresh or Frozen Kale

» ½ tsp Maca powder (optional)

» ½ Cup Unsweetened Oat milk

» 1 Cup Water

Directions:

Add all the frozen fruit first and add the rest of the ingredients in order to a blender. Blend for about 1 minute till smooth.

Cooking Tips:

Feel free to add more veggies or some protein powder to get more protein. Top with chia seeds to get more fiber and healthy fats.
