Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies
Crunchy and gooey chocolate chip cookie that taste like a non-healthy cookie, but is packed with nutritious ingredients.

Total Time: 25 Minutes

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

» 1 ½ Cup blanched almond flour

» ½ Cup old fashion oats

» ¼ Cup Tapioca flour / starch

» 1 tsp baking powder

» ½ tsp cinnamon

» 1 tsp vanilla

» 4 Tbsp Maple syrup

» 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

» ¼ Cup oat milk (or almond milk)

» 1/3 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°F. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. In a smaller bowl combine olive oil and maple syrup mix well. Add oil/syrup mixture to the dry mixture, along with vanilla and oat milk, mix well. Add in the dark chocolate chips. Spray a cookie sheet and take spoon full of mixture and place onto cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes

Cooking Tips:

If you want cookies to be more crunchy cook for a few more minutes.
