This easy thin crust pizza with pizza sauce from scratch, great for dinner and kids will love it.

Ingredients:
» ½ lb Italian Sausage (or Ground turkey or beef with 1 tsp Italian seasoning and ¼ tsp Himalayan salt)
» 1 Small Zucchini
» 3 Small Sweet Peppers
» 3 Mushrooms
» 2 Green Onions
» 1 oz Fresh Spinach
» 15oz 3 Cheese blend (or asiago cheese, parmesan)
Crust:
» 2 ½ Cups 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
» 1 Cup Warm Water
» 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or Avocado Oil)
» ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt
» ½ tsp Italian Seasoning (optional)
Sauce:
» 1 14.5oz Can Diced Tomatoes (or 3 Medium Tomatoes)
» ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
» ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt
» 2 Cloves Garlic
» 8-10 Fresh Basil Leaves (or ½ tsp dried basil)
Directions:
Heat oven to 425°F
While oven is heating, heat up a medium frying pan on medium heat for about 1 minute and add ground sausage. Cook till done and flip/break apart while cooking for about 4 minutes. Once done set aside.
In a medium bowl add flour, Italian seasoning, salt and combine, add in water, olive oil and mix together till combined, if it is still sticky to the touch add more flour as needed.
Take a pizza pan and grease with olive oil, take half the dough and spread over the pizza pan and poke holes with a fork all over pizza dough. Cook for 6-8 minutes till crust starts to brown, while crust is cooking chop up all veggies and set aside.
In a food processor add sauce ingredients and blend till all chopped up and set aside.
On another pizza pan grease with olive oil and add pizza dough and spread over pizza pan and poke dough with a fork.
Once other pizza crust is done add half pizza sauce and spread over crust, top with cheese, sausage, veggies, and sprinkle with more cheese. Cook for 5 minutes till veggies are cooked and cheese is melted.
Repeat with other pizza crust.
Cooking Tips:
Feel free to use whatever veggies you like on your pizza.
