Directions:
Rinse chickpeas till bubbles are gone add to a pot and cover with water bowl for 20 minutes. While chickpeas are cooking, in a food processor or blender add garlic, lemon juice and salt blend together, let site for 10 minutes. Once the garlic, lemon juice and salt are done add tahini and blend. Add cold water, drained chickpeas, olive oil, spices and hemp seeds and blend together.
Cooking Tips:
If the hummus is too thick at about 1-2 more Tbsp’s of cold water and blend.
