Cinnamon Allspice French Toast

Fluffy sourdough French Toast with egg, cinnamon and Allspice taste. Perfect for that day you do not have time.

Cook Time: 8 Minutes

Total Time: 10 Minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

» 8 Slices of Sourdough Bread (or Multigrain bread)

» 4 Medium Eggs

» ¼ Cup Unsweetened Plant Based Milk

» ½ tsp Cinnamon

» ¼ tsp Allspice

» ½ Cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries (or any kind of berry)

» Chia seeds to go on top

Directions:

If bread slices are big cut them in half. Use a container that will fit the bread to dip it in.

In container beat up eggs, add in milk, cinnamon and Allspice combine.

Heat up a large frying pan on medium heat for about 1 minute. Take bread and dip each side into egg mixture and let it sit for 2 seconds on each side.

Place bread on frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, till starts to brown and egg is cooked.

While French Toast is cooking chop up strawberries if using fresh. Place into a microwave safe dish and heat for 45 seconds and set aside.

Once French Toast is done place on plate and top with strawberries and chia seeds.

Cooking Tips:

Feel free to put any toppings you like, 100% maple syrup, bananas, 100% natural peanut butter, etc.
