Dark chocolate gooey date quinoa bubble treats. Great for on the go snack or dessert.

Directions:
Line an 8x6x2 inch pan with parchment paper, set aside.
Half dates, place in bowl and cover with hot water and let sock for 5 minutes or till dates are soft.
While dates are sitting, in a small bowl add chia seeds and water set aside. Till it is a gel consistency.
In a microwave safe dish add chocolate chips and melt for 25 second intervals stirring in between about 4 times till melted.
Once dates are done take out of water and place into a food processor, blend till a paste.
In bowl with melted chocolate add date paste and chia seeds mix. Add quinoa crispies and combine.
Pour into pan and evenly spread around and press down. Place in freezer for about 10 minutes till it is setup.
Cut into 12 even squares and enjoy!
