Chocolate Mug Cake (gluten free)

Chocolaty moist mug cake, topped with fruit. Easy dessert when you want something healthy and curve that chocolate craving.

Total Time: 3 Minutes

Ingredients:

» Dry ingredients:

» ¼ Cup Blanched Almond flour (or Coconut Flour)

» 2 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal

» 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

» 1/8 tsp Cinnamon

 

Wet Ingredients:

» 1 large Egg

» 2 tsp 100% Maple Syrup (or unfiltered Raw Honey)

» 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Apple Sauce

 

» Fresh Strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries to put on top (optional)

Directions:

Put all dry ingredients in mug and mix, add wet ingredients combine. Place in microwave and cook for 40 seconds first part and 20 seconds for second part, make sure tooth pick comes out clean. Top with berries and enjoy!

Cooking Tips:

Feel free to top with a few dark chocolate chips for extra chocolate or mix into batter.
