Soft chocolaty cookies with a hint of lavender. These are perfect for that sweet tooth craving.

Ingredients:
Dry ingredients:
» 1 Cup old Fashion Oats Blended (or oat flour)
» ¾ Cup Blanched Almond flour (or Coconut flour)
» 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
» ¾ tsp Baking Soda
» ½ tsp Himalayan Salt
Wet Ingredients:
» ¼ cup 100% Maple Syrup (or Unfiltered raw honey)
» 1 large Egg
» ½ Cup Apple sauce
» 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
» 1 ½ Tbsp water
» 1 ½ tsp Dried Lavender Buds
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F; grease a cookie sheet or put parchment paper on top.
Place the chia seeds and water into a small bowl and set aside till it starts to turn to a gel.
In food processor put all dry ingredients and blend till combined.
Add in all wet ingredients and blend till combined.
Take out blade and add in lavender and mix with a spoon till mixed in.
Take spoon full of cookie mixture and place onto cookie sheet and form into a cookie, lightly press down.
Cook for 12 minutes till starts to brown and a tooth pick comes out clean.
Let cool for a few minutes.
Cooking Tips:
If you like more crunchy cookies then soft, cook for another 2 minutes or so.
Feel free to add chopped up dark chocolate chips for extra chocolate, about 2 Tbsp.
