Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies

Yummy gooey chocolate cheesecake brownies, easy healthy dessert.

Ingredients:

Dry Ingredients:

» 2 Cup Blended Old Fashion Oats (or Oat Flour)

» ½ Cup Blanched Almond Flour (or Coconut Flour)

» ¼ Cup Tapioca Flour (or Tapioca Starch)

» ¼ Cup Cocoa Powder

» 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

» ½ tsp Cinnamon

» ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt

 

Wet Ingredients:

» ¼ Cup Unsweetened Plant Based Milk

» ½ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce

» 1 Eggs

» ¼ Cup 100% Maple Syrup

 

Cheesecake Mix:

» ¼ Cup Plain none fat Greek Yogurt

» 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

» 1 ½ Tbsp 100% Maple Syrup

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients.

In a small bowl mix all wet ingredients.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and combine.

In a small bowl mix cheesecake mix ingredients together.

Grease an 8”x6”x2” baking pan and pour in half the brownie batter and spread around. Take half of the cheese cake mixture and spoon circles evenly spread out on top of the brownie mix and take a toothpick and make swirly pattern. Add rest of brownie batter on top and spread around. Spoon cheesecake mixer like before and make swirls around it

Cooking Tips:

Store in an air tight container on counter or in fridge, warm up brownies for 15 seconds in microwave, if you want a nice warm brownie.
