Chocolate Berry Muesli Squares

Soft and packed with flavor chocolate berry muesli squares.

Ingredients:

» 1/3 Cup Unsalted Raw Cashews

» 4 Pitted Medjool Dates

» ¼ Cup Cocoa Powder (or chocolate protein powder)

» ½ Cup Old Fashion Oats (blended up)

» 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

» ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder

» ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt

» ½ Cup Freeze Dried Raspberries (or any kind of berries)

» 2 Tbsp Goji Berries

Directions:

Boil some water and in a small bowl add pitted dates halved and cashews, cover with boiled water. Set aside for 5 minutes.

While dates and cashews are soaking, blend up oats till fine.

In a medium bowl add oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt, raspberries and goji berries combine all together.

Once dates and cashews are done soaking place into food processor or blender and set water aside, blend till chopped up.

Add to mixture of dry ingredients and take 4 to 5 Tbsps. of the date/cashew water and add to mixture combine till there it is not dry.

Take a cookie sheet or small pan and scoop out 1 Tbsp of mixture and form into a square, place onto cookie sheet. Repeat till all mixture is used make about 18.

Place in fridge for about 10 minutes.

Cooking Tips:

Feel free to use any kind of nut you have, and if you do not have old fashion oats you can use instant oats or oat flour. Store in air tight container in fridge.
