Breakfast Tacos

A yummy easy breakfast that will put your breakfast game on a whole new level.

Cook Time: 8 Minutes
Total Time: 11 Minutes
Servings: 4
Directions:
Dice up bell pepper, zucchini, mushroom and green onion. Heat up a pan with a Tbsp of extra virgin Olive oil, add bell pepper and zucchini cook for 4 minutes. While veggies are cooking heat up another pan for the tortillas and get them cooking. Add seasonings, mushroom, green onion and eggs cook for about 4 minutes till eggs are done, Once done put the egg mix on cooked shells and add salsa and hemp seeds on top.
Cooking Tips:
To add more veggies to you breakfast taco add some spinach or romaine lettuce.
