Baked soft chewy donuts packed with flavor and nutrients.

Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients:
» 115g (¾ Cup & 3 Tbsp) Blanched Almond Flour (or sticky rice flour,
» or Coconut flour)
» 150g (1 Cup & 1 Tbsp) Tapioca Starch/Flour
» 8g (1 ¾ tsp) Baking Powder
» .8g (½ tsp) Himalayan salt
Wet Ingredients:
» 1 large Egg
» 75g (1/3 Cup) 100% Maple Syrup
» 150g (2/3 Cup) Unsweetened Plant Based Milk
» 24g (2 Tbsp) Avocado Oil
» 1 ¼ tsp Matcha Powder
» 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
Directions:
Heat oven to 400°F; grease a doughnut pan.
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add all wet ingredients and combine well.
Divide up batter into two bowls.
Add cocoa powder to one and matcha powder to the other and mix.
Fill each doughnut mold with doughnut mix and cook for 9-10 minutes till a tooth pick comes out clean and starts to brown.
Repeat with rest of batter till all is baked.
Feel free to top with glaze and toppings your like.
Cooking Tips:
Donuts are best the same day, but feel free to store in an air tight container on counter and heat up for a few seconds before eating.
Feel free to add a different flavor to donuts other than cocoa or matcha or do not add any flavor.
