Air Fried Chocolate Cookie Holes

Soft crunchy chocolaty cookies. These are perfect for that sweet tooth craving.


Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 10 Minutes

Total Time: 15 Minutes

Servings: 7

Ingredients:

»  ¼ Cup Coconut Cream (or Plain Greek Yogurt)

»  1 Cup Blanched Almond flour (or Coconut flour)

»  3 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

»  ½ tsp Baking Powder

»  1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

»  2 Tbsp 100% Maple Syrup (or Unfiltered raw honey)

Directions:

Air Fryer:

Heat Air Fryer to 325°F;

In a small bowl add all ingredients and mix till all combined.

Take a Tbsp and scoop batter out and roll into balls. Place on a plate.

Once air fryer is heated add cookies and cook for 10 minutes till starts to brown and crack.

Let cool for a few minutes.

 

Oven:

Heat oven to 350°F; grease a cookie sheet or put parchment paper on top.

In a small bowl add all ingredients and mix till all combined.

Take a Tbsp and scoop batter out and roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet.

Cook for 10 minutes till starts to turn brown and tooth pick comes out clean.

Let cool for a few minutes.

Cooking Tips:

If you like more crunchy cookies then soft, cook for another 1-2 minutes or so.

Feel free to add chopped up dark chocolate chips for extra chocolate, about 1 Tbsp.
