Cold creamy and refreshing berry bowl, packed with antioxidants, vitamins, fiber, healthy fats and protein.

Ingredients:
» 2 Acai Packs Unsweetened (or 2 Cups Frozen Blueberries)
» 1 ½ Cup Frozen Strawberries
» 1/3 Cup water
» 1 Medium Fresh Banana
Toppings:
» 2 tsp Chia seeds
» 4 tsp Quinoa Crispies (optional)
» ½ Cup Homemade granola (recipe on my website)
» ½ Cup Blueberries
» 2 Almost Ripe Bananas
» 4 tsp Creamy 100% Natural Peanut Butter
Directions:
Thaw out Acai packs, for about 30 seconds under warm water.
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high till smooth and thick consistency. If it is not thick put more frozen strawberries.
Divide into 4 small bowls and top with topping ingredients.
Cooking Tips:
Add 1 cup spinach to add more health benefit to the smoothie bowl.
If it is hard to blend add about 1 tsp water till it blends up easy, but is still thick consistency.
