4 Ingredient Gummies

Healthier flavor packed gummies with, fiber and omeg-3, great for a on the go snack.

Ingredients:

Pomegranate Cherry:

» 1/3 Cup 100% Pomegranate Cherry Juice

» 1 ½ The Raw Honey (or 100% maple syrup)

» 1 tsp Chia Seeds

» 1 Package Gelatine about 1 Tbsp

 

Lemon:

» 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice

» 1 ½ Tbs Raw Honey (or 100% maple syrup)

» 1 tsp Chia Seeds

» 1 Package Gelatine about 1 Tbsp

Directions:

Juice lemon and if there is not quite a 1/3 cup fill the rest with water.

Take two small pots and add lemon juice to one and pomegranate cherry juice to the other and heat on low medium heat. Add 1 ½ Tbsp honey to each and whisk in. Add in 1 tsp chia seeds and whisk together.

Once it starts to boil (about 2 minutes) take off heat and let site for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes whisk in Gelatine till dissolved. Poor into molds.

Put into fridge for 25-30 minutes. If not firm enough leave in for a few more minutes before taking out of molds.

Store in air tight container for about a week in fridge.

Cooking Tips:

Depending on the gummy mold you have, it could be more or less than 22 gummies. Feel free to use any other kind of 100% juice, example you can blend up some strawberries, or juice an orange.
