About Me

My name is Brittany A. and I am in my thirties. Since I was little, I have always been a foodie, whether it’s helping my mom make food or just eating food. As I got older, I would come up with different recipes to make for my family to try. I still love making recipes and I am always wanting to try new dishes from all cultures. In college I did more research into what I was putting into my body. I tried different diet plans, from no sugar to no red meats. Even reducing carbs and cutting out different foods that seemed not to agree with my body. In doing all this research, I found ways to make recipes healthier and stay away from most processed foods. I love food and helping people around me that have questions about food or nutrition. I want to learn more about food and how it affects our bodies. I have been reading more books on food and how they affect our hormones. I studied to become a nutrition coach to help me understand more and enable me to help other people with their nutrition.
